Traffic Advisory: Eastbound and Westbound Downtown Expressway (VA 195) Ramp Closure at 2nd Street

Traffic control signs will be in place.

Richmond, VA – The Richmond Metropolitan Transportation Authority announces the closure of the eastbound and westbound Downtown Expressway (VA 195) ramps at 2nd Street for construction.

The closure will occur:

• Thursday, July 23, 11 a.m. through Friday, July 24, 11 a.m.

Motorists are reminded to pay attention to detour signage in the area and to exercise caution while traveling near the work zone. This work will be weather permitting.
