The Richmond Metropolitan Transportation Authority will hold its November Board Meeting and Annual Retreat on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at 12:00pm. The Annual Retreat will immediately follow the Board meeting.
*Portions of the meeting may be conducted in Executive Session as permitted by the Va. Freedom of Information Act, Va. Code § 2.2-3711(A)(29) (Contract Matters)
Pursuant to Richmond, Virginia Ordinance 2021-181 which assures the continuity of government during the disaster resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic by modifying the practices and procedures of public bodies to permit electronic meetings as authorized by Va. Code 15.2-1413 from June 30, 2021 to Dec. 31, 2021, the meeting will be conducted electronically.
