The Richmond Metropolitan Transportation Authority (RMTA), ATTN: Paula Watson, 901 E. Byrd Street, Suite 1120, Richmond, Virginia 23219 will receive sealed bids for the service above, until 12:00 p.m. local time, February 24, 2021, at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read.
The intent is to establish a service contract to provide armored transport and coin counting services for the RMTA Expressway System for an initial term of three years, and will include up to two (2) successive one (1) year renewals at RMTA’s option. The IFB package should be available on the RMTA website, www.rmaonline.org, on or after January 27, 2021. This package will fully detail the scope of work and describe the qualifications that a provider must have in order for their bid to be considered.
The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, and to waive informalities in bidding, as it may deem in its best interests.
