Traffic Advisory: Lane Closures on Powhite Parkway (VA 76)

Traffic control signs will be in place.

Richmond, VA – The Richmond Metropolitan Transportation Authority announces lane closures on the Powhite Parkway (VA 76) for construction.

The closures will occur:

• Tuesday, July 14, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Triple left-lane closures on Powhite Parkway (VA 76) northbound between Chippenham Parkway and Forest Hill Avenue

• Wednesday, July 15, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Triple right-lane closures on Powhite Parkway (VA 76) northbound between Chippenham Parkway and Forest Hill Avenue

• Saturday, July 18, 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Triple left-lane closures on Powhite Parkway (VA 76) northbound and southbound between the James River Bridge and Forest Hill Avenue

Motorists are reminded to pay attention to signage in the area and to exercise caution while traveling near the work zone. This work will be weather permitting.
