Traffic Control Signs Will Be in Place

Richmond, VA – The Richmond Metropolitan Transportation Authority announces the closure of the Westbound Downtown Expressway (VA 195) Ramp to Canal St. for construction.

The closure will occur on:

Thursday, July 9, 8 p.m. to Friday, July 10, 5 a.m.

Motorists are reminded to pay attention to detour signage in the area and to exercise caution while traveling near the work zone. This work will be weather permitting.
