The Richmond Metropolitan Transportation Authority is requesting qualifications from interested firms to provide a classification and compensation plan that supports employee recruitment, retention and executive compensation through market competitiveness, is internally equitable, can be efficiently administered, is in compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations, and is affordable. In order to be considered, the Authority must receive a written response to the RFQ in its office on or before 4:00 PM March 15, 2018. Any proposal received after this deadline shall be deemed non-responsive and returned unopened.
