The Richmond Metropolitan Transportation Authority (herein referred to as “RMTA” or “Authority”) is soliciting bids from
qualified firms who shall furnish Traffic Control, Incident Response Services, and Minor Unplanned and Planned
Maintenance for portions of the Downtown Expressway (Rt. 195), Route 146 and Powhite Parkway (Rt. 76) owned and
operated by the RMTA, on an as needed basis, in accordance with the specifications contained herein.
